Our dietary team at Whitney Nursing & Rehab relies on dietary aides to prepare meal trays and keep dining spaces running smoothly. You will work alongside kitchen personnel to portion food and deliver trays to residents throughout the facility. Daily tasks focus on organizing food assembly, cleaning workstations, and keeping food prep areas compliant with safety standards. Responsibilities Portion food items and build resident meal trays according to dietary cards. Deliver meal carts directly to dining rooms and resident care areas. Operate commercial dishwashers and sanitize kitchen prep stations. Stock pantry items and keep storage shelves organized. Load beverage carts and assist kitchen cooks with basic meal setup.
