This is a hybrid position, helping cook on the line and then completing closing porter duties. Pay is dependent on experience $13-17/hr. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we will train anyone with the right attitude. This is a part time position Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11:00pm with the possibility of picking up extra shifts depending on performance and cross trained skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Using a three compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize dishes used for food prep and food service in the Pizzeria, Cafe and Private Dining Room. Assist the back of house team in receiving deliveries in a timely manner, following food safety guidelines. Assisting FOH and BOH teams taking out the trash, sweeping and mopping indoor/outdoor dining areas, keeping the bathrooms clean and presentable. Cross training in pizza dough stretching, topping and cooking.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50lbs. Weekend availability is required.

Compensation:

Hourly position based on experience ranging from $13-17/hr. Paid time off and dining discounts offered.

Pay:

$13.00 - $17.00 per hour
