Dishwasher/Food Prep

Position Overview This is a hybrid kitchen support role that includes prep cooking, dishwashing, cleaning, and closing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is fast, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment. This role is extremely important to the daily success of the restaurant. ResponsibilitiesPrep Cook Duties Prepare ingredients for daily service Wash, cut, portion, and label food items Prepare sauces, vegetables, proteins, and toppings Restock prep stations throughout the shift Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist kitchen team during busy periods Dishwashing Duties Wash dishes, utensils, sheet pans, containers, and kitchen equipment Maintain clean dish and storage areas Take out trash and recycling as needed Keep floors and sinks clean and organized Follow proper sanitizing procedures Closing Duties Deep clean kitchen and prep areas Sweep and mop all floors Clean equipment and prep stations Refill and organize supplies for next day Properly store and label food items Help ensure the restaurant is fully cleaned and ready for opening Requirements Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work fast and stay organized Reliable transportation and punctuality Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Weekend and evening availability preferred Kitchen experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Growth opportunities Team-oriented environment Employee meal discounts Opportunity to grow with an expanding brand
