Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Part-Time PM Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team on Tuesday nights and for filling in on other dates as necessary. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our kitchen, and ensuring a smooth, efficient dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools Assist with basic food preparation and food handling tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Assist with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of pots, pans, and supplies Adhere to all kitchen health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety management is a plus Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail Ability to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high standards A positive attitude and willingness to support team members in a fast-paced setting - Hours are from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm Tuesday with fill-in opportunities - A staff meal is provided each shift Join us at Edson Hill where your contribution helps create memorable experiences for our guests!
