Bourbon Street Creole Kitchen and Bar is a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant bringing the bold flavors of New Orleans to Puyallup. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as full-time Line Cooks and Dishwashers. Position 1: Line Cook (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during high-volume service Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of line cook experience required Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Position 2: Dishwasher (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and kitchen Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed Follow sanitation and safety standards

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual
