Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring that all ingredients are ready for the cooks. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
