Responsibilities Maintain dining areas and service ware Attend to deliveries and properly store and organize incoming product Wash and sanitize dishes and disinfect food contact surfaces Clean equipment and kitchen space Assist chefs with food preparation and a la carte orders Stock ready to eat food and beverages Follow instructions from kitchen staff and adhere to food and cleanliness standards Maintain professional conduct and establish positive relationships with fellow Bucks staff Experience / Requirements 1-2 years experience in a professional kitchen as dishwasher, prep cook, or line cook Understanding of food preparation techniques and general food and beverage knowledge Ability to work calmly in a fast paced and high pressure environment Ability to stand and do physical work for up to 8 hours continuously Ability to lift and carry 50lb Customer service experience preferred ServSafe certification preferred Flexible schedule; weekends occasionally required Example schedule Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Away / Prep Optional Game Optional Game Travel Away 10am-2pm 10am-4pm 8am-4pm 10am-4pm 8am-4pm 8am-12pm OFF Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Away Optional Game Travel Away Away Away/Prep OFF 10-4pm 8am-4pm 8am-12pm OFF OFF 10am-2pm All offers for employment with the Milwaukee Bucks are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
