We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Position Summary The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen equipment, service ware, and back-of-house areas. This role supports kitchen efficiency by ensuring a continuous flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware during high-volume service periods. Core Responsibilities Operate dish machine safely and efficiently according to sanitation standards. Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Maintain clean and organized dish and storage areas. Remove trash and recycling regularly to maintain a safe work environment. Assist with light cleaning duties including floors, mats, drains, and surfaces. Support kitchen team during peak service with urgency and focus. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Standards & Accountability Maintain cleanliness and organization at all times. Work with urgency during high-volume service. Support overall kitchen efficiency and team success. Adhere strictly to sanitation and safety protocols. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and reliability. Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
