Overview Support daily golf operations at the club. Assists with Pro Shop activities and coordinating golf-related services to enhance the member and guest experience. This role requires exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for all members and Guests. Experience Required Previous Customer Service experience is desirable Previous Golf experience is desirable Must have a valid Driver's License Essential Responsibilities Assist with opening and closing procedures for the Golf Shop Assist in checking in golfers in the POS and Tee-Sheet reservation system Assist with oversight of Outside Golf Services staff to ensure the highest quality of customer service is achieved Assist in the selling of golf equipment, apparel and accessories in the golf shop Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times Maintains appearance of golf shop.
