This role primarily will support the Music Industry practice. You will be joining a cutting-edge practice that represents clients across the music and entertainment landscape, including global entertainment, music and media companies, social media platforms, live event companies, institutional and private financiers, and creative talent.

Candidates should have the following:

3-5 years of corporate M&A experience at a law firm, handling a range of mergers and acquisition transactions and/or private equity experience, preferably on music/entertainment M&A matters.
