In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, ensures their safety, and facilitates engaging recreational activities. Your energetic approach will help foster a lively, welcoming environment that encourages guests to relax, have fun, and enjoy their stay to the fullest. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and guest relations skills while working in a lively resort setting. •Now hiring for part time and full time seasonal help for Spring and Summer season. This will also open up opportunities for one of the many full time positions in the resort •Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about available recreational activities and amenities Assist guests with reservations, equipment rentals, and activity sign-ups to ensure smooth participation Monitor recreational areas such as pools, sports courts, and activity zones to maintain safety standards and enforce rules Offer multilingual support to accommodate diverse guest needs and enhance guest relations Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude Coordinate with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences at the front desk and in guest services Maintain cleanliness and organization of recreational facilities, ensuring a safe environment for all visitors Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or resort environments is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest population effectively Experience working at a front desk or in guest relations roles is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality, recreation, and creating enjoyable experiences for guests Join us as a Recreation Attendant and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
