This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in outdoor settings and enjoy providing exceptional guest experiences. You will handle retail sales, assist visitors, manage shop operations, and ensure safety protocols are followed—all while creating a welcoming atmosphere for golfers and guests alike. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help make every visit memorable and enjoyable. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through shop offerings Manage retail sales by processing cash, credit card transactions, and operating POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately Assist with event management activities, including setting up for tournaments or special outings Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors Maintain safety protocols by adhering to manual handling procedures, first aid, CPR, and lifeguard standards when necessary Support outdoor work activities such as heavy lifting of equipment or supplies and ensuring the outdoor environment remains safe and tidy Collaborate with team members to coordinate event venue logistics and support hospitality services during busy periods Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within hospitality or outdoor recreation environments Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and processing transactions efficiently Experience in events management or working at event venues is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively First aid certification, CPR training, or lifeguard experience to ensure safety during outdoor activities Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and guest interactions Experience working with children or in resort settings adds value to your application Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
