Job Description
Overview This Parking Lot Attendant is to provide world-class service for all Flint River Entertainment Complex parking lots for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection, and safeguarding of guests and employees and their vehicles. This position is committed to providing a positive first impression with world-class service. The position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and climbing stairs. This role pays an hourly rate of $9.50 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until November 20, 2026. Responsibilities Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests' and employees' parking lots Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world-class service Monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles Provide guests with directions and other venue information Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces Maximize the number of vehicles per lot Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts Qualifications Prior parking experience strongly preferred Strong Customer Service skills required Must be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contact Ability to multi-task Ability to work various hours as needed, including nights and weekends Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and walk long distances Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and varying weather conditions Excellent communication skills Ability to lift heavy objects Ability to visually observe close, distant, and peripheral with or without
