Department Hancher/Office of the Provost Jobcode Temp Professional Employee Working Title Usher - Hancher Auditorium Details The Hancher Production department is seeking part-time Ushers to provide labor for a variety of artists that are presented throughout the year.
Duties may include:
Greet and direct patrons Scan tickets, help patrons find their seats, hand out playbills, etc, Assist with set up and tear down activities Other duties as assigned
SCHEDULING
The schedule for this position will be on an as-needed basis as assistance is only needed when there are shows which means that someone in this role may not be working every week. Work shifts are often during the evening and into the late-night hours on weekdays and weekends. Stagehands will need to commit to working a minimum amount of shifts each month to remain on staff.
