Job Description

The Lake Forest Recreation Department is looking for individuals to work at the department's registration office, Monday
  • Friday from 8:30am
  • 12:30 or 12:30
  • 5:00pm.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties including processing registration for Recreation programs, classes or events and answering general questions about recreation programs and services. The employee will handle interactions with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via email.

Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, possess good computer skills and be able to work in a team environment. Opportunities for additional hours to fill in or work a variety of different Recreation Department events are possible. Open until filled
Salary:
