Pool Attendant (Summer Seasonal)

Job Summary Brookville Lake Resort is looking for reliable and friendly Pool Attendants to join our summer team! The Pool Attendants will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for members and guests. Key Responsibilities Monitor pool and deck area to ensure member safety and rule compliance Greet members and provide courteous assistance and information Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including deck chairs, and tables Set up and break down pool furniture and equipment, if needed Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or incidents to management Handle basic cash transactions accurately and responsibly Work as part of a team to create a positive resort experience Assist with pool amenities, if needed Support facility staff as needed Qualifications Customer service experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable interacting with members and handling money Ability to work outdoors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, attentive, and safety-minded Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods Willing to work weekends and holidays during the summer CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Training provided Friendly, team-oriented work environment Fun summer job in an outdoor resort setting How to Apply Submit Application to: blresortoffice@gmail.com or apply online through indeed.com
