The Salina Country Club is seeking an experienced and highly organized Golf Shop Attendant to assist in our golf operations, ensuring exceptional member experiences and contributing to the club's success.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests upon arrival Stage and stock golf carts with necessary items Load and distribute stored member clubs as needed Clean players' golf clubs after their round Maintain cleanliness and order in all golf areas, including the cart barn, bag drop, staging area, chipping area, and putting greens Clean, wash, detail, and rotate golf carts daily Keep golf grounds, clubhouse, and bag room areas clean and debris-free Provide engaging and superior service to members and guests
Qualifications:
Possess a positive demeanor and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge related to golf operations and customer service Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in performing various tasks as needed Must be at least 16 years of age Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
