Job Summary The Golf Cart Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to golfers by maintaining, cleaning, and staging golf carts while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. This role plays an important part in daily golf operations and overall member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Clean, sanitize, and prepare golf carts before and after use Stage carts with necessary items (scorecards, pencils, etc.) Retrieve carts from the course and cart return areas Report any cart maintenance or safety issues to management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and surrounding areas Follow all safety procedures and course policies Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous golf course or customer service experience preferred, but not required Schedule & Availability Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays part-time positions available Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to operate golf carts safely Why Work With Us Fun, outdoor work environment Opportunity to work around the game of golf Employee golf privileges
