Duties Greet members and guests warmly and assist with check-in, tee times, and course inquiries to ensure a positive experience Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of equipment or supplies and ensure proper safety procedures are followed Communicate effectively with members and guests of all ages, including children, providing clear instructions and public speaking when necessary Experience Previous experience in events management or coordinating outdoor activities is highly desirable Strong background in customer service, hospitality, or retail sales with a focus on guest satisfaction Outdoor work experience, including manual handling and heavy lifting, demonstrates physical readiness for the role Excellent communication skills for public speaking, conflict management, and delivering exceptional guest services This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to combine outdoor activity with vibrant customer interactions.
