Job Overview Join our dynamic indoor golf facility as an Attendant, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create an engaging and memorable experience for every guest. In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming visitors, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere. Your energy will help guests enjoy their time on the virtual fairways, whether they're seasoned golfers or newcomers eager to learn. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop customer service expertise and be part of a fun, fast-paced environment dedicated to entertainment and recreation. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through the indoor golf experience Manage reservations and coordinate tee times efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and facility flow Handle cash transactions accurately during check-in, merchandise sales, or food service operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf bays, equipment, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, resolving conflicts with professionalism and a positive attitude Support food service operations by taking orders, serving refreshments, or assisting with hospitality needs when required Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or guest-facing roles within hospitality, resort, or entertainment settings is preferred Strong communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and engaging with diverse audiences including children and adults Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in event management or coordinating group activities is a plus Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations effectively Basic cash handling skills with accuracy and integrity Lifeguard certification or lifeguard experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification if needed Familiarity with food service operations and hospitality standards is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
