Pay:

$15 per hour Penmac Staffing is hiring a Seasonal Marina Attendant to help support daily operations at a busy marina during the summer season. • Must be at least 16 years of age
• Comfortable handling cash and making accurate change
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods Seasonal Marina Attendant Responsibilities
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide information about marina services, rentals, and park guidelines
• Process cash transactions, collect fees, and issue receipts or permits
• Follow established cash-handling and reconciliation procedures
• Assist with general operations and opening/closing duties
• Help maintain cleanliness of docks, facilities, and surrounding areas
• Monitor activity and report concerns to supervisors
• Support staff with additional tasks as assigned Schedule and Work Environment This is a part-time, seasonal job with schedules that vary based on weather and seasonal demand.

Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Work is performed in an outdoor marina environment with exposure to sun, heat, wind, and changing conditions. Why Penmac?
