Play the Bay and Pro Shop Associate Eagle Creek Golf Club - Moyock, North Carolina Eagle Creek Golf Club is hiring two dependable, outgoing full-time employees to operate our Play the Bay TrackMan facility and assist in the pro shop. This is a customer-facing position for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable promoting memberships and can help create a fun, welcoming experience for every guest. Compensation Hourly pay Plus commission on membership sales Approximately 40 hours per week Responsibilities Welcome guests and operate the Play the Bay facility Help customers set up games and use the TrackMan equipment Schedule reservations and check in bay customers Answer questions about bay rentals, pricing and memberships Promote and sell Play the Bay memberships Assist customers and complete sales inside the pro shop Answer phones and provide basic information Keep the bays, pro shop and customer areas clean and organized Provide friendly, professional customer service Open or close the facility when scheduled Qualifications Dependable, punctual and professional Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers Sales experience is preferred Basic computer and point-of-sale skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Golf or TrackMan experience is helpful but not required Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled Training will be provided to the right candidates.
