We're looking for a knowledgeable, relationship-driven, and industry-minded Partnerships Entertainment Associate to support one of our Partnerships Divisions (Productions, Events, Programs, Music, Brands & Corporate, or Athletics). Position Summary The Partnerships Entertainment Associate serves as the division's subject matter expert, bringing industry knowledge, market insight, and strategic perspective to partnership development. While the Partnerships Lead focuses on building and closing relationships, this role provides valuable context about the industry, identifies strategic partnership opportunities, and helps ensure outreach aligns with current trends, terminology, and best practices. You'll work closely with the Partnerships Lead and fellow associates to strengthen the quality of prospective partnerships and help position CME Circle as a knowledgeable, trusted resource within the entertainment industry. Responsibilities Provide industry insight and strategic support for partnership development. Identify organizations, professionals, and initiatives that align with CME Circle's mission. Stay informed on trends, emerging companies, and changes within your assigned Partnerships Division. Assist in evaluating prospective partners and recommending partnership opportunities. Help prepare partnership presentations, talking points, and industry-specific materials. Collaborate with the Research Associate to identify high-value prospects. Support the Communications Associate by ensuring outreach reflects current industry standards and terminology. Attend virtual or in-person networking events, conferences, and industry functions as assigned. Share market intelligence and strategic recommendations with department leadership. Help strengthen CME Circle's credibility through informed partnership strategy. Qualifications Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry or your assigned specialty (Productions, Events, Programs, Music, Brands & Corporate, or Athletics). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and critical thinking abilities. Ability to identify trends and opportunities within the industry. Highly organized and collaborative. Professional networking experience is a plus. Previous experience within entertainment, sports, live events, media, brand partnerships or related industries is strongly preferred. $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
