Overview Oak Hills Golf Course is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests while assisting with the day-to-day operation of the golf shop. This is a part-time, hourly position paying $12-$14 per hour. Weekend and holiday availability may be required. DUTIES Greet members and guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. Check in golfers and collect green fees, cart fees, and other charges. Operate the foreUp POS and tee-sheet system and handle cash and credit-card transactions accurately. Answer phones, book tee times, and assist customers with questions about the course. Sell golf merchandise, snacks, beverages, and other golf-shop items. Keep the golf shop clean, organized, and properly stocked. Assist with tournaments, outings, and other golf-course events as needed. Communicate with cart staff, management, and other employees to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Perform other golf-shop duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Friendly, dependable, and able to work well with the public. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to handle cash and credit-card transactions accurately. Golf-course, retail, or POS experience is helpful but not required. Basic knowledge of golf is preferred. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Availability for some weekends and holidays is important.

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
