Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing stock, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, basic math abilities, and a passion for sales. Golf beverage cart driver. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide engaging product demos to enhance customer experience.
- Upsell products to increase sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shop environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
