About the
Role:
Join the team at the Property Owners Association of Hilltop Lakes as a Pool Attendant in the beautiful community of Hilltop Lakes, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, engage with a friendly community, and help ensure a safe and enjoyable aquatic experience for all residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
Monitor pool area to ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers and guests Enforce pool rules and community guidelines in a courteous and professional manner Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, restrooms, and surrounding facilities Test and record water chemistry levels and report any maintenance concerns Assist guests with questions and provide excellent customer service to community members Set up and organize pool furniture, equipment, and amenities daily Report incidents, accidents, or safety hazards to management promptly
Requirements:
Prior experience in a pool, aquatic facility, or customer-facing outdoor environment preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong attention to detail Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible seasonal hours
