Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Manage and maintain carts used for transportation within the facility
- Assist guests with loading and unloading carts as needed
- Monitor cart inventory and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas
- Assist with crowd control during events or busy periods
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services is preferred
- Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and effectively We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
