Responsibilities include:

Work 5 Front Desk shifts Ensure yourself and team are hitting monthly sales quota Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends) Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff On the job training for front desk and managers on duty Tracking studio front desk budget Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs Processing payroll Oversee inventory Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
