Company Description Fitstop Woodland Hills is group based, functional fitness studio delivering performance driven strength and conditioning through four core training pillars: Lift, Perform, Condition, and Sweat. Our training is structured across progressive programming blocks designed to build strength, improve endurance, and develop overall performance. Each session is coach led and delivered in a team training environment, combining multiple stations with hands on coaching to ensure proper technique and progression. Expect a high energy, results focused workout with the structure, support, and community to help you train with purpose and see real progress. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Studio Manager role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations, coach classes, manage staff, and ensure a superior experience for members. Responsibilities include team leadership, scheduling, member acquisition and retention through effective marketing and sales strategies, resolving member inquiries and building community. The Studio Manager will also ensure that goals are met and that the studio operates efficiently, aligning with the company's mission and standards. Qualifications Passion for health, fitness, and providing exceptional customer experience Previous experience in fitness or wellness industry management Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with staff and members Proven ability in Team Leadership and supervising team performance Experience in Sales, with a focus on member acquisition and goal achievement Proficiency in Project Management to oversee studio operations and meet objectives Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Fitness training certification is required (NASM, ISSA, ACE)
