• Rocklin, CA Position Overview Enchanted Indoor Playground is seeking an energetic, hands-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of our Rocklin location.

This is not a desk-only management position—you will be actively involved on the floor leading the team, interacting with guests, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, training employees, and creating an outstanding experience for every family that visits. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, excels at multitasking, and leads by example. This role requires someone who can seamlessly transition from assisting guests to coaching employees, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the day. This is a full-time leadership position requiring open availability , including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Recruit, onboard, and train new employees to Enchanted standards. Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and accountability. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on guest satisfaction. Lead by example through professionalism, work ethic, and attitude. Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary coaching when necessary. Ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling. Guest Experience & Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer service while creating memorable experiences for every family. Personally assist guests during busy periods and resolve concerns professionally. Ensure parties, memberships, and open play sessions run smoothly. Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and safe environment at all times. Build relationships with returning members and community guests. Operations & Facility Management Oversee all daily operations of the playground. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety. Ensure all play equipment, party rooms, bathrooms, lobby, and common areas meet company standards throughout the day. Perform routine facility inspections. Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor visits. Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures. Cleaning & Sanitation Standards Lead the team in maintaining exceptional cleanliness. Conduct regular quality inspections throughout each shift. Ensure all cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures are completed accurately and on time. Hold staff accountable for maintaining Enchanted's cleanliness standards. Jump in alongside the team whenever additional support is needed. Administrative Responsibilities Complete daily administrative tasks accurately and on schedule. Manage scheduling, payroll approvals, inventory, purchasing, and operational reports. Respond to emails, customer inquiries, and internal communications promptly. Track memberships, revenue, labor, and operational metrics. Prepare reports and documentation for ownership. Maintain accurate employee records and operational documentation. Time Management & Organization Prioritize multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining operational excellence. Balance administrative work with active floor leadership. Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Previous management experience in hospitality, family entertainment, retail, childcare, or a customer-focused environment. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. High attention to detail. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently while collaborating with ownership and leadership. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and performing light physical work. Ability to actively assist with cleaning and operational tasks throughout the day. Schedule Full-Time (40+ hours per week) Open availability is required Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak business periods.
