Studio Manager — BÜNDA Sacramento/Roseville Full-Time | Sacramento, CA Competitive Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses Job Overview BÜNDA Roseville is looking for a driven, high-energy Studio Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day success of our studio. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and genuinely enjoys developing people, creating an exceptional member experience, and growing a business. Our Studio Manager is not someone who simply manages from behind a desk. We are looking for a player-coach who leads from the front, sets the standard for the team, understands the numbers, and takes ownership of studio performance. You will lead our sales and front desk team, work closely with our training team, oversee studio operations, drive membership growth and retention, and help create a strong culture of accountability, hospitality, and performance. What You'll Own Lead, coach, train, and develop the studio team Drive membership sales, lead conversion, and overall studio revenue Establish a high-energy, accountable sales culture Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress toward monthly goals Ensure consistent execution of BÜNDA's sales process and member experience Oversee lead follow-up, first-time visits, membership sales, and retention efforts Recruit, onboard, train, and continuously develop team members Manage employee scheduling and ensure appropriate studio coverage Hold team members accountable to established standards and expectations Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns Develop local partnerships, community outreach, and grassroots marketing opportunities Oversee studio cleanliness, organization, inventory, and general operational standards Work closely with ownership to identify opportunities and execute strategies for continued studio growth Who We're Looking For Our ideal Studio Manager is: A confident and effective leader Sales-minded and motivated by measurable goals Highly organized and accountable Comfortable coaching and giving constructive feedback Proactive rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Energetic, personable, and professional Strong at building relationships with both employees and members Able to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed Someone who takes genuine ownership and pride in the success of their studio Previous fitness, boutique fitness, membership sales, or management experience is strongly preferred. Compensation:
Competitive base pay + membership sales commission + performance-based bonus opportunities.
Schedule:
Full-time with availability required for a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and studio events based on business needs.
