What's In It For You Competitive hourly pay plus commission, your effort directly drives your paycheck A defined path to Club Manager and beyond for the right person Work in an industry built around positivity, health, and real human impact What You'll Do Member & Guest Experience Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for every member and guest Build genuine relationships on the floor; learn names, remember goals, follow up Deliver exceptional service from the very first interaction through long-term engagement Respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally, in person, by phone, and digitally Leadership Build a culture of accountability and ownership on the floor every day Develop the habits and skills now that will make you a great club manager later Help recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members Revenue & Sales Drive membership and personal training sales to meet and beat KPIs Generate leads through referrals, outreach, community engagement, and in-club energy Execute consistent, genuine follow-up to convert prospects into committed members Schedule and conduct tours, consultations, and appointments Close sales using ethical, member-focused practices, no pressure, just real connection Track leads, appointments, and sales accurately in our CRM Support club promotions, events, and marketing campaigns Business Performance Monitor key performance indicators and help implement action plans when needed Contribute to membership growth, personal training performance, and overall club profitability Understand the numbers and take ownership of moving them Operations Execute company systems and SOPs with consistency Ensure compliance and protect company assets Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized club at all times Community Represent the club professionally in the local community Help foster partnerships and relationships that grow the club's presence and reputation What Success Looks Like Here We want to be transparent about what we're building toward. The right person in this role will: Help build and retain an exceptional team Contribute to and eventually lead club growth objectives Develop into a future leader within the organization Deliver outstanding member experiences every single day Help operate a clean, profitable, well-run club Execute company standards consistently, not just when it's convenient Who We're Looking For You're someone who gets excited about helping people take a step toward a better life but you also think about the bigger picture: building a team, developing people, running something well, then we want you on our team. Qualifications 2-3+ years in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry preferred Personal Trainer Certification or Bachelors in Kinesiology (preferred) CPR certification (preferred) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals Some leadership or team experience is a plus Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Ability to stand, walk, and engage on the club floor for extended periods Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed
