Temecula Stampede | Temecula, California The Temecula Stampede is seeking an accomplished, high-energy General Manager to lead one of Southern California's premier high-volume nightlife and entertainment venues. We are looking for a polished, hands-on hospitality professional with proven management experience in upscale nightclubs, high-volume bars, entertainment venues, or comparable nightlife operations. The ideal candidate understands that exceptional nightlife management requires more than running a shift—it requires commanding a large operation, developing a strong leadership team, protecting the guest experience, driving revenue, and maintaining impeccable operational standards. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Proven senior management experience in an upscale, high-volume nightclub, bar, lounge, or entertainment venue Strong leadership presence with the ability to recruit, train, develop, motivate, and hold teams accountable Extensive knowledge of nightlife and beverage operations, including bar execution, VIP service, admissions, security, entertainment, and guest flow Experience overseeing large staffs in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, inventory, beverage costs, operating expenses, budgets, and profitability Ability to analyze sales and operational performance and implement strategies that drive revenue Exceptional understanding of premium guest service and hospitality standards Strong working knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance Highly organized, decisive, professional, and composed under pressure Ability to lead from the floor and maintain a visible management presence during peak operating hours Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, concerts, and special events We are seeking a leader who understands nightlife culture, hospitality, entertainment, and the business behind a successful high-volume venue.
