Duties Lead the full lifecycle of pool installation projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Manage project budgets, implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately; ensure all work aligns with design specifications. Supervise teams on-site, managing labor schedules and resolving issues promptly to maintain momentum. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and permits; maintain thorough documentation throughout each project phase. Utilize project scheduling tools for construction schedule coordination; adjust timelines proactively to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings; communicate updates clearly to ownership. Qualifications Proven experience managing complex infrastructure and construction projects within the outdoor or pool industry. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and cost management practices Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of civil 3D modeling, blueprint reading, and construction plans interpretation. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and project coordination. Knowledge of construction regulations, permits, and environmental compliance requirements relevant to outdoor infrastructure projects. Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
