The Child Care / Kids Club Team Member is responsible for our organizations consistent achievement of the O2 Fitness mission and core values. A Child Care / Kids Club Team Member ensures the success of our company, the success of their department, and the success of themselves by creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for the children of O2 Fitness members and guests ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years. Responsibilities Greet members in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the Kids Club area Ascertain that all appropriate forms are completed by parent/guardian Monitor the parents to ensure they sign in and out for their children without exceeding the 2-hour Kids Club time limit Follow proper guest procedures when non-members visit the club Monitor for the safety and well-being of each child Organize activities appropriate for the various ages to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment. Supervise the use of toys and supplies and notify management of supply needs and repairs Maintains a clean, orderly area, picking up as needed, and sanitizing toys as instructed.
