Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and people-oriented Studio Director with a strong fitness industry background and proven sales experience. This role will oversee daily studio operations, support instructors and staff, build strong client relationships, drive membership growth, and ensure every client receives the warm, exceptional experience our studio is known for. Qualifications
- Women's Pilates Studio Director Required Fitness industry experience in Pilates, boutique fitness, wellness, a gym, or a related field Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience delivering exceptional customer service Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends Preferred Pilates or boutique fitness studio management experience Membership sales, lead conversion, and client retention experience Experience managing instructors and front desk staff Familiarity with Mindbody or similar studio management software Responsibilities•Women's Pilates Studio Director Manage daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional client experience Drive membership sales, retention, referrals, and community engagement Conduct studio tours and convert leads into members Build strong client relationships and foster a warm, welcoming studio culture Support, motivate, and manage instructors and front desk staff Oversee scheduling, instructor coverage, staffing needs, and operational priorities Monitor studio performance and membership growth goals Respond to client inquiries, reviews, and concerns promptly and professionally Assist with events, promotions, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and inviting studio environment Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships and client engagement Take ownership of the studio and help lead its continued growth Benefits & Perks Competitive salary of $55,047•70,000 annually Paid time off Free fitness classes Continuing education opportunities On-site gym access Growth opportunities within a growing boutique wellness brand
