is looking for an Assistant Studio Manager to lead the sales, build the local community, and assist in managing the day-to-day studio operations of our FiDi location. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a grassroots marketing mindset , strong leadership skills, and a deep passion for fitness. As Community Engagement Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind revenue generation, event management, community engagement, and exceptional member experience. This role reports to the Regional Manager and plays a critical part in running the studio and driving sales.Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Community Outreach:
Achieve a minimum sales conversion rate above 25% and ensure net sales exceed net cancellations to qualify for bonus Generate monthly leads (first timers) through targeted outreach and grassroots campaigns RepresentSWEAT440
at local events , business partnerships, and community activations Organize tabling events , pop-ups, and brand collaborations to build awareness and acquire members Spend at least 2 hours per week on community outreach and submit a weekly outreach report to theRegional Manager Studio Operations & Management:
Spend 38+ hours per week in-studio teaching classes , plus 6 hours on outreach Ensure studio KPIs are met, including revenue targets , conversion rates , retention , and labor cost efficiency Lead and develop your team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews Build and manage the studio schedule while maintaining alignment with labor budgets Maintain a clean, fully functional studio and coordinate maintenance and repairs Monitor and maintain retail inventory, equipment condition, and cleanliness standards Ensure compliance with corporate policies , checklists , and daily studio operationsMarketing, Outreach & Engagement:
Oversee studio social media , digital signage , and BrandBot communications Maintain >90% on monthly Social Media Audit Plan and execute monthly in-studio events and member-exclusive activities to increase retention and brand engagement Work with the Marketing team to ensure the studio is actively promoted online and in the community Generate and maintain 5 new 5-star Google reviews per month, while keeping all platforms at 4.9+ ratingQualifications:
2+ years of experience in fitness studio or health club management , with proven sales and team leadership results Demonstrated success with grassroots marketing , community partnerships , and local outreach Previous experience as a fitness coach or instructor is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of operational procedures and business metrics (KPI tracking, labor management) CPR Certification required (or obtained within 3 months) Nationally accredited personal training certification or degree in Exercise Science preferred Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededBenefits:
