Clear Choice Outdoor is looking for a Pool & Landscape Project Manager to lead the successful execution of residential outdoor living projects from the initial handoff through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive leader who understands that exceptional projects require more than good construction—they require clear communication, attention to detail, strong field leadership, and an unwavering commitment to the client experience. You will serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, designers, sales consultants, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and to Clear Choice Outdoor standards.

The Role As the Pool & Landscape Project Manager, you will own the day-to-day management of assigned projects, including: Custom pools and outdoor living projects Patios, pergolas, fire features, and outdoor structures Hardscapes, retaining walls, and drainage solutions Landscape installations and enhancements Irrigation and outdoor lighting Sod, planting, and other landscape improvements You will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, organized, and moving forward while creating a professional and enjoyable experience for our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership Take ownership of projects from sales handoff through final completion. Review project plans, scopes, estimates, contracts, materials, and schedules before work begins. Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate multiple phases of construction. Coordinate internal crews, subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and site access. Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and project conditions. Identify potential issues early and develop solutions before they become costly problems. Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and company standards. Client Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Communicate project timelines, progress, changes, delays, and expectations clearly and professionally. Set realistic expectations and follow through on commitments. Address client concerns quickly and professionally. Conduct project walkthroughs and coordinate punch-list completion. Build relationships that create confidence, trust, referrals, and repeat business. Financial & Production Management Monitor project budgets, labor hours, materials, subcontractor costs, and production. Protect project profitability by identifying scope changes, inefficiencies, and unnecessary costs. Track job progress against budget and schedule. Review change orders and ensure additional work is properly documented and approved. Coordinate accurate material ordering and delivery. Minimize downtime, rework, material waste, and scheduling conflicts. Communicate financial or production concerns to leadership promptly. Field & Quality Control Maintain a strong presence in the field and hold teams accountable to project standards. Ensure work is installed correctly and according to plans and specifications. Verify materials, dimensions, elevations, finishes, and details as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites. Ensure projects are completed safely and in compliance with applicable requirements. Conduct quality-control inspections throughout the project—not just at the end. Own the punch-list process through final completion. Team Leadership Provide clear direction to crews and subcontractors. Coordinate with designers, sales consultants, account managers, and operations leadership. Help remove obstacles that prevent crews from performing efficiently. Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork. Empower employees and trade partners to take ownership of their work. Lead by example and represent Clear Choice Outdoor professionally on every jobsite.
