JOB OVERVIEW
Shoot 360 is seeking a General Manager (GM) for their facility set to open in Kent, WA in fall 2026. A Shoot 360 GM is responsible for driving membership growth, developing a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional member experience, and running a profitable operation. You do not manage from behind a desk you are on the floor, in the community, and in the game.
RESPONSIBILITIES A
successful Shoot 360 GM, owns and executes against the following 5 pillars of the business. Sales & Membership Growth Own the full membership sales cycle: converting marketing leads into gym-tour appointments through outbound calls, conducting gym tours, and selling memberships Own and conduct 50%+ of all gym tours Achieve a 60%+ enrollment close rate on gym tours Execute weekly personal coaching sessions, minimum 4/month Leverage programs, camps, clinics, and leagues to drive new member acquisition Monitor CRM daily and complete all tasks on the CRM dashboard Member Retention & Experience Deliver the Shoot 360 standard gym experience: an immaculately clean facility, a friendly staff that encourages development and a love of the game, leveraging the technology to help members get better faster Conduct new member welcome calls within the first 30 days Proactively call cancelled and suspended accounts, present save offers, and capture feedback Maintain member retention above 90% Lead parent engagement Team Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, train, and develop all facility staff Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with team members Role-play site-tours, personal coaching drills, and adult programming with staff Facilitate all-staff meetings and conduct train-the-trainer sessions monthly Build and manage staff schedules to ensure peak coverage, especially weekends Operations & Business Management Review monthly P&L, Proforma KPIs — sales, personal coaching production, leagues, and retention Manage bad card resolution, account suspensions, and billing issues Prepare and present Facility KPI notes Oversee scheduling via the GHL scheduler and facility tools Maintain and troubleshoot Shoot 360 hi-tech equipment with the support of a remote tech support team Marketing & Community Own local grassroots outreach to schools, tournaments, events, and community partnerships Manage and execute the monthly social media plan Update and maintain the digital weekly marketing plan Build relationships with local basketball programs, AAU teams, and schools in Kent and the greater South King County area
DESIRED EXPERIENCE 1.
Knowledge and Love for Basketball You live and breathe basketball playing, coaching, or training background strongly preferred Deep understanding of player development at youth, high school, or collegiate level Ability to speak credibly to players, parents, and coaches about the game Openness and flexibility to learning how to incorporate the latest technology into basketball skill development 2. Gym & Facility Operations Experience running a fitness facility, sports facility, or high-volume athletic program Comfortable managing scheduling, staffing, vendor relationships, and daily operations High standards for cleanliness, safety, and the physical environment 3.
Sales Experience:
Gym Memberships or Recurring Revenue Proven track record selling memberships, subscriptions, or recurring service agreements Comfortable with a consultative sales approach — you listen, you solve, you close Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management 4. Team Leadership Minimum 2 years managing a team in a customer-facing environment You lead by example: the first on the floor, the last to leave Strong coaching instincts, you develop people, not just manage tasks 5. Customer Relationship Management Natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships with members and families Calm and solutions-oriented when handling escalations, cancellations, and feedback You see every interaction as a chance to strengthen the relationship
