  • Operations & Talent Position Overview An established boutique Lagree fitness company is seeking an experienced, highly motivated General Manager
  • Operations & Talent to oversee business performance, studio operations, team development, sales, and the overall client experience.
This is a hands-on senior leadership position for someone who understands boutique fitness, is confident managing people, has a strong sales mindset, and takes ownership of results. Previous experience teaching Lagree Fitness is required. Candidates without prior Lagree teaching experience will not be considered. The General Manager will maintain an active presence within the studios and teach a minimum of 10 Lagree classes per week as part of the position. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Performance Drive revenue and work toward established sales goals and KPIs. Monitor sales, leads, conversions, memberships, retention, attendance, and other key performance metrics. Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and membership growth. Identify opportunities to increase revenue, client frequency, and retention. Use performance data to identify challenges and implement solutions. Leadership & Talent Management Lead, manage, and develop the instructor team. Recruit, audition, onboard, and train new Lagree instructors. Oversee ongoing instructor education, mentorship, and development. Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and instructor coverage. Build a positive, high-performing team culture. Studio Operations Oversee day-to-day studio operations. Ensure consistent operational and brand standards. Manage instructor scheduling and coverage. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges. Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed. Client Experience & Community Ensure clients consistently receive an exceptional experience. Maintain an active and visible presence within the studio community. Build strong client relationships and appropriately address feedback and concerns. Support events, challenges, promotions, and community-building initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and loyalty. Teaching Teach a minimum of 10 Lagree classes per week. Maintain a high standard of Lagree instruction. Serve as a leader and example for the instructor team. Stay actively connected to clients, instructors, and the overall studio experience. Reporting & Accountability Track and report key business performance metrics. Provide clear updates on sales, staffing, instructor performance, client experience, and operations. Identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate action plans. Take ownership of business performance and established priorities. Qualifications Previous experience teaching Lagree Fitness is required. Strong knowledge of the Lagree Method and Lagree class experience. Previous management or leadership experience, preferably within boutique fitness. Strong sales and business-development mindset. Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable. Experience working with KPIs, sales goals, and performance metrics. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and operational abilities. Comfortable having difficult conversations and making decisions. Self-directed, proactive, and highly accountable. Passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Ideal Candidate You are a confident, hands-on leader who understands both the business and people sides of boutique fitness. You are comfortable driving sales, developing instructors, maintaining high standards, solving problems, and taking ownership of results. You lead with positivity and professionalism while maintaining clear expectations and accountability. You are passionate about Lagree and understand what creates an exceptional experience for both clients and instructors.

$90,000.00
