We're looking for an experienced Strength & Performance professional to become the Midwest Regional Director and help build this community throughout the Midwest. What You'll Do 🏋️ Build the Strength Coach Network Identify qualified strength coaches, personal trainers, performance coaches, and fitness professionals. Recruit coaches to SweatCircle. Help coaches establish their presence and services on the platform. Build relationships with gyms, training facilities, athletic organizations, and independent coaches. 👥 Grow the Client Network Introduce potential clients to SweatCircle coaches. Help coaches generate new coaching opportunities. Encourage clients to book through SweatCircle. Help drive completed paid sessions through the platform. 🤝 Develop Industry Partnerships Build relationships with: Gyms Training facilities Sports performance centers Athletic clubs Colleges and universities High schools Sports organizations Corporate wellness programs Fitness brands Sporting events Local businesses Identify opportunities for both free cross-promotional partnerships and paid SweatCircle marketing partnerships. 🌎 Build the Strength Community Help create opportunities for: Strength challenges Group training Fitness events Athletic performance events Community workouts Workshops Corporate fitness programs Local competitions Coach networking events Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Performance-based compensation consisting of session commissions + milestone bonuses. Growth Bonuses $40 — 10 qualified coaches successfully onboarded $25 — 10 clients successfully onboarded $25 — 10 completed paid sessions through SweatCircle $10 — Every 5 qualifying cross-promotional partnerships Up to $100 in initial milestone bonuses In addition, the Regional Director can earn commission on completed paid sessions generated through their network. The Director can also identify organizations interested in SweatCircle's $500-$1,000 paid marketing partnership opportunities, depending on the scope of promotional services. Requirements Personal training, strength & conditioning, or performance coaching certification preferred. 2+ years of professional experience in strength training, personal training, athletic performance, or a related field. Strong understanding of strength training and fitness programming. Existing relationships with coaches, gyms, athletes, fitness businesses, or training communities preferred. Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to build relationships independently. Entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor. Ability to recruit coaches and introduce clients to the SweatCircle platform. Ability to develop business and community partnerships. Comfortable using technology and social media. Passion for fitness, performance, and helping people live active. Preferred
NASM-CPT / CSCS / NSCA / ACSM
