TK / Kinder Club Leader
- Fall (Junior Rangers Club Leader) Reports to:

Part-time, Non-Exempt Schedule:
20-25 hours/week; shifts vary by location and may include evenings, weekends, and required trainings.Program hours of operation:
.Typical shifts are between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, though schedules may vary by site and can be adjusted for minimum days, early dismissal days, or other program needs.Pay Range:
$21.50- $25.

Woodcraft Rangers provides TK-12 expanded learning programs, including before and after school, specialty enrichment, and summer learning. In the past few years, Woodcraft has expanded its menu of services beyond traditional afterschool programs and summer camps to include early learning, environmental and social justice, college access, and inclusion services for youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additionally, we offer LifeCraft, a college and career advancement program to support the development of approximately 2,250 staff. Today, Woodcraft Rangers serves more than 30,000 youth ages 4 to 18 each year across 150 plus Title I schools in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties, and continues to expand its reach.Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, energetic, ambitious, proactive, and positive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Multi-tasking and attention to detail must be strengths this individual possesses. Candidates should be comfortable presenting and speaking in front of staff and peers during in-person training, and genuinely enthusiastic about working with young children in an outdoor or school-based setting.TK/Kindergarten Schedule Model:
Early Bird / Later Gator / Afterschool Val Verde operates a staggered instructional schedule for TK and Kindergarten students. Woodcraft Rangers staff provide supplemental programming that wraps around each cohort's district instruction time.Available shifts:
Early Bird — Approx. 7:45 AM- 2:00 PM Later Gator — Approx. 7:45 AM
- 1:00/2:00 PM Afterschool/PM — 2:00 pm
