Position Alignment & Suspension Technician, Collision Center, Flag Pay Location:
8434 Rochester Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 Website www.benclymers.com About Us Ben Clymer's The Body Shop is a multi-location collision repair company focused on quality repairs, efficient production, and a professional work environment. We are seeking an experienced Alignment & Suspension Technician to join our collision repair team. This is a specialized position focused on alignment, suspension, tires, vehicle scanning, and road testing. Why Work with Us? Employees will earn a minimum equivalent of $25 per hour for hours worked, with the opportunity to earn more based on applicable flag rates and production.

Clean, organized collision repair environment Uniforms provided Basic hand tools required for suspension work Paid holidays PTO 401(k) plan Health benefits Qualifications/Responsibilities Responsibilities Perform wheel alignments using Hunter alignment equipment. Mount, dismount, Road Force, and balance tires. Diagnose and replace suspension components. Perform pre- and post-repair vehicle scans using AirPro or similar systems. Training will be provided. Road test vehicles to verify repair quality and proper handling. Document repair operations with photographs to support insurance billing. Communicate clearly with estimators and the production team. Maintain organized documentation and accurately track completed operations. Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of full-time suspension and alignment experience. Strong understanding of suspension diagnosis and repair. Ability to operate Hunter alignment equipment independently. ASE certification or Hunter training preferred. Three or more years of experience operating a Hunter alignment rack may be considered in lieu of certification or training. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable documenting repair work with photographs. Able to work independently in a specialized alignment and suspension role. Professional and team-oriented. Prior AirPro or scan-tool experience is not required. Training will be provided. Pay and Working Conditions This is a flag-hour position, not a traditional hourly-pay position. Employees are paid for all hours worked in accordance with California law, including applicable nonproductive time and required rest and recovery periods. Meal and rest periods are provided in accordance with California law.
