Job Description
Dana Hall School seeks candidates for the position of After-School Study Hall/Homework Club Supervisor. The individual in this position will be accountable for: Overseeing Middle School students (grades 5-8) from 3:45-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday Providing a combination of downtime (approximately 30 minutes) and homework club (approximately 75 minutes) Taking attendance and creating a casual yet purposeful learning environment Candidates must be over 18 and should have prior experience working with Middle School age students in a supervisory capacity. Other requirements include excellent communication skills, an ability to multitask, maintain details, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities. This is a non-exempt, part-time position reporting to the Director of the Middle School. Salary is $20/hour. Annualized, it is approximately $5,600.
