CLUB MANAGER/BAR LEAD BOUNDARY SOCIAL

ABOUT BOUNDARY SOCIAL
CLUBBoundary Social Club is a private, members-only wine and social club in Portland built around exceptional hospitality, outstanding wines, handcrafted cocktails, and meaningful relationships. We are intentionally different from a traditional restaurant or bar. Our members join because they appreciate a warm, welcoming place where they are known by name, their preferences are remembered, and every visit feels personal.

We are looking for a Club Manager who is passionate about creating memorable experiences, building relationships, and continuously improving every aspect of our club.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role combines hospitality leadership with hands-on service.

Approximately half of your time will be dedicated to managing and growing the club, while the other half will be spent working alongside the team during busy periods, ensuring members receive an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate enjoys wearing multiple hats - from operations and event planning to member engagement and bartending.
ADMINISTRATIVE & LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
(Approx. 20 Hours Weekly)Oversee daily operationsCoordinate and execute private eventsRecruit prospective members and conduct toursMaintain quality standardsManage scheduling and staffingHire, onboard, and train team membersLead staff training in hospitality, wine, and serviceWork with Wine Concierge/Club AmbassadorCoordinate with food partnerMonitor inventory and operationsImprove systems and member experienceMeet with ownership bi-weekly
MEMBER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
