Full-Time | 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Includes Some Weekends Are you a natural leader who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and creating positive experiences for families? Aquatics Academy is seeking a Pool Deck Supervisor to help oversee daily pool operations, support our swim instructors, and ensure every student and family receives exceptional service. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines customer service, staff coaching, facility oversight, and curriculum support in a fun, fast-paced swim school environment. What You'll DoLead and Support Our Team Serve as a leader and resource for swim instructors throughout each shift. Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to instructors. Monitor lessons to ensure curriculum standards and teaching expectations are being followed. Help maintain a positive, professional, and accountable team culture. Support Families and Customers Build strong relationships with families and provide outstanding customer service. Assist with scheduling concerns, lesson changes, and account questions. Confidently handle customer concerns and difficult conversations with professionalism. Help parents understand lesson goals, student progress, and curriculum expectations. Oversee Pool Deck Operations Ensure the pool deck remains safe, organized, clean, and professional. Monitor daily operations and assist in resolving issues as they arise. Ensure outside groups and facility users are following pool policies and expectations. Assist with cleaning and maintaining the facility throughout the shift. Curriculum and Lesson Oversight Learn and understand our swim curriculum. Observe lessons and provide support when needed. Ensure instructors are appropriately challenging students while creating a positive learning environment. Enter the water when necessary to assist with training, evaluations, or lesson support. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable handling conflict and difficult conversations. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Swim instruction experience preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn our swim curriculum and pool operations. Comfortable working on the pool deck and entering the water when necessary. Why Join Aquatics Academy?
