Event Staff - Private Events Vybe Event Center | Chandler, AZ | Part-Time / Event-Based Vybe Event Center is looking for energetic, dependable, hospitality-minded people to join our Event Staff team. We host everything from intimate celebrations and corporate events to weddings, birthdays, reunions and full-venue events with hundreds of guests. No two events are exactly alike. We're looking for people who enjoy working with guests, stay positive in a fast-paced environment and understand that great events happen when the entire team works together. What You'll Do Provide friendly, attentive service to guests Take and deliver beverage orders Assist with buffet and food service Bus tables and keep event spaces clean and guest-ready Anticipate guest needs rather than waiting to be asked Assist with event setup, breakdown and room resets Follow event timelines and management direction Communicate with guests, coworkers and management Jump in and help teammates wherever needed Who We're Looking For You don't need event experience, but you do need the right attitude. We're looking for people who are: Guest-focused and professional Reliable and accountable Energetic and proactive Team-oriented Coachable and adaptable Comfortable working in busy environments Willing to follow established procedures and standards Restaurant, serving, hospitality and customer-service experience are all valuable. Bartending experience is a plus. Strong Event Staff members may have opportunities to cross-train and join our fill-in bartender team. Requirements 18+ Arizona Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one Arizona Title 4 certification or ability to obtain one when applicable Reliable transportation Meaningful evening and weekend availability Ability to remain active throughout events, carry trays and lift at least 15 pounds Schedule & Pay This is a part-time, event-based/on-call position . Hours vary based on our event calendar, so this is best suited for someone looking for flexible or supplemental work rather than guaranteed full-time hours. Schedules are generally published 2-3 weeks in advance through 7Shifts. Paid training is provided. The Vybe Standard We want people the rest of the team can count on.
