Murray Family Farms Pumpkin Patch 2026 - Now Hiring We're currently hiring for a variety of seasonal positions, including: Event Staff, Custodians, Tractor Drivers, Maintenance/General Labor. No matter the position, we're looking for friendly, dependable, hardworking people who are ready to provide excellent customer service and help create a fun, welcoming experience for our guests. Most positions are seasonal, but exceptional team members may have opportunities to stay with us beyond the fall season. -EVENT STAFF- No experience necessary We're looking for friendly, outgoing people with a positive attitude who enjoy interacting with families and children. Some days can be very busy, so you should be comfortable in crowds and spending much of your shift on your feet.

Responsibilities may include:

Smiling! Greeting guests and providing directions. Assisting guests and answering questions. Monitoring rides, attractions, and activity areas. Helping maintain clean and safe public areas. While full time work is available, this is a great seasonal opportunity for students and applicants looking primarily for weekend work. -MAINTENANCE / GENERAL LABOR- Some experience preferred This is a hands on position helping keep the event operating safely and smoothly throughout our busiest season.

Responsibilities may include:

General cleaning and custodian duties. Trash pick up and take out. Moving supplies and equipment. Assisting with setup and upkeep throughout the property. Working independently on assigned tasks when needed.

Applicants must:

Be comfortable lifting at least 30 lbs. Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Be comfortable working independently when necessary Be willing and able to interact courteously with guests Full time hours may be available for this position during the fall season; however, this is primarily a seasonal position . -Tractor Driver- Tractor driving experience is not required , but applicants must be comfortable learning to operate equipment and transporting guests safely.

Applicants must:

Have a valid California driver's license Be comfortable lifting at least 30 lbs. Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Be comfortable working independently when necessary Be willing and able to interact courteously with guests Full time hours may be available for this position during the fall season; however, this is primarily a seasonal position .

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

Weekend availability is required . Weekends are our busiest time and applicants should expect to work weekends throughout the season. Reliable transportation is required. Murray Family Farms is located approximately 15 miles outside Bakersfield. Please look up our location before applying and make sure the commute will work for you.
