No prior event experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided. What You#39;ll Do Assist with the setup and breakdown of live events, promotional activities, and community events Represent the organization in a professional and friendly manner at events Welcome and engage with attendees, customers, and community members Provide information and answer questions about events, programs, and promotions Assist with event registration, check-in, demonstrations, and informational booths Help prepare event materials, displays, supplies, and promotional items Support the team during events to ensure a positive experience for attendees Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development Learn and apply customer service, communication, promotional, and event marketing techniques Work closely with experienced team members and managers to build professional skills What We#39;re Looking For We are interested in candidates who are: Entry-level and eager to learn Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Strong communicators with a positive attitude Able to work in a fast-paced, event-based environment Comfortable working with the public Willing to learn new skills through hands-on training Experience is a plus, but not required.
