Located in Greater Palm Springs, Grand Hyatt features 531 newly transformed luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand new Celebrity Chef food & beverage venues. Set within the perfect backdrop of scenic Indian Wells, this property is a destination favorite as it is positioned to take hospitality to a new level in the destination. The Event Planning Manager's primary focus is servicing Sale bookings. This position acts as the liaison between Meeting Planners and the hotel staff.

Responsibilities include:

administering the Sales agreement, detailing all Food, Beverage and A/V needs, managing room blocks and pick up, billing instructions and final review. Event Planning Managers also are the on-site contacts and are responsible for the smooth execution of all events. The salary range for this position is $70,304 - $77,000 This is the pay range for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
